Residential Regulations of Central 101 Complex
Welcome to Central 101 - a modern residential complex in the heart of Chișinău. To ensure a comfortable, safe, and pleasant environment for all residents, please respect the following rules:
🏡 1. General Provisions
Access and residence are permitted only based on a signed rental agreement.
Residents must show respect toward neighbors, staff, and property.
Smoking is prohibited within CENTRAL 101, including inside the apartments.
🕐 2. Quiet Hours
Weekdays: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Weekends & holidays: 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM
During this time, noisy parties, repairs, loud music, etc., are not allowed.
🚪 3. Visitors
Visitors are welcome as long as they do not disturb other residents.
The tenant is responsible for the behavior of their guests.
🚧 4. Security
The complex is under 24/7 video surveillance.
Access is via personalized electronic keys.
Sharing keys with third parties is prohibited.
🧹 5. Apartment Maintenance
The apartment must be kept clean and tidy.
Damaging finishes, furniture, or appliances is not allowed.
Maintenance work is permitted only with admin approval, on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
♻️ 6. Waste Disposal
Waste must be disposed of only in designated bins near the building.
Separating household and recyclable waste is recommended (if applicable).
🐾 7. Pets
Pets are allowed as long as they don’t disturb other residents.
Cleaning up after pets is mandatory. Walking pets is allowed only outside the complex.
🛠 8. Malfunctions and Emergencies
For any issues (electricity, plumbing, etc.), immediately contact the CENTRAL 101 team or specialized services.
Emergency situations are given processing priority.
🚗 9. Parking
Parking is allowed only in designated spots.
Blocking access roads, exits, or emergency areas is strictly prohibited.

– Smoking in apartments or common areas
– Subleasing without written consent from management
– Conducting commercial activity without authorization
